Job Description

We are looking for a Jr Art Director who will be working in Marketing and Communication team, the position should develop ideas and concepts to create his team’s visual needs. The job demands the confidence to creatively assertive ideas and the passion to sell ideas to peers and clients. 

Responsibilities;

Work to create the highest level of brand excellence in all materials (such as logo, visual key etc.) furthering efforts towards brand strategic direction for branding

Develop concepts and supporting materials for digital advertising

Work closely with content producers as a team player to ensure that the creative needs of your brand(s) are met

Be a brand steward: manage design, typography and overall visual identity in the online spaces

Stay Creatively Fresh: actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with the team

Ability to present/communicate in an organized, professional, and effective manner

Responsible for managing workload and timeline.

Requirements:

Degree in Art Design/Visual Communication Design/Graphic Design

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

1-2 years’ experience 

Hybrid designer: print and digital

Team oriented

Basic knowledge of presenting creative work

Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean and visually strong

Strong communication skills
